Job Summary
Director-level sales and marketing leadership for a Bickford Senior Living branch; conducts exceptional, highly personalized tours and lead follow-ups to prospective residents and families, manages the CRM for follow-up, trains Branch staff in phone and tour hospitality, guides the move-in process, builds relationships with community professionals to maximize referrals, ensures the Branch is staged for the best customer experience, and participates in weekly and quarterly goal-setting with Branch Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing preferred.
