Job Summary
Lead business development and sales in key industrial market segments, focusing on large turnkey projects and equipment applications; manage capital equipment sales cycles and customer relationships; collaborate with engineering to define and translate customer technical requirements; present technical proposals and solutions to new and existing clients; represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and technical presentations; provide input to R&D based on evolving market needs and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or related sales discipline
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in a manufacturing or capital equipment environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
