Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Coordinator role supporting business development across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas from a Kansas City, MO base. Hybrid field position blending inside sales, prospecting, lead qualification, and marketing coordination with roughly 50–75% in-office time and travel across a four-state territory. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying new business via cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and networking; following up on inbound leads and scheduling meetings for Account Managers; gathering customer needs before handoff to the Account Manager team; assisting with local marketing campaigns, trade shows, events, and promotional materials; maintaining CRM data and reporting metrics in SAP. Requires 2+ years of sales/marketing/business development or customer-facing experience, comfort with field prospecting, proficiency with SAP and Office/Workspace, self-starter with strong organizational skills, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Regular travel and in-person customer engagement in the four-state territory; hybrid schedule with substantial in-office work and field activity.
