Sales & Marketing Consultant - Overture Tributary

Part-time Sales & Marketing Consultant to support the Overture Tributary active adult community. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies for the 55+ demographic to drive engagement and leasing, lead generation and research of potential residents and referral sources, collaboration with leasing/property management for consistent messaging, representing the community at events, building partnerships with senior organizations and local influencers, leveraging social channels, email, newsletters, and community events to reach target audiences, conducting market research on active adult living trends, designing/distributing marketing materials aligned with brand standards, tracking and reporting marketing effectiveness, attending events to increase brand visibility, serving as a brand ambassador, and providing on-site support for leasing activities and retention programs.
