Job Summary
Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Capabilities at Capital Group owns enterprise capabilities powering sales and marketing content experiences. You define the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Leadership to translate business processes and go-to-market objectives into scalable, user-centered capabilities. You manage the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization, translate needs into product requirements, manage vendor relationships, work with IT for delivery, drive user adoption and change management, and continuously improve product performance based on data and user feedback. You operate in ambiguity, serve as the voice of the sales and marketing user, influence cross-functional teams, and apply organizational discipline to complex initiatives. You bring knowledge of financial services/asset management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 10+ years of senior product leadership experience, with a track record of defining success metrics and delivering measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise product management or product strategy experience

- experience defining strategy, building roadmaps, translating business needs into product requirements
- vendor management and external roadmap coordination
- ability to drive user adoption and change management using data and insights
- strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills

- bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
