Job Summary
Develop and implement a high school recruitment and community outreach strategy for the Institute; build partnerships with counselors, community colleges, salons, wellness businesses, employers, veterans’ organizations, and workforce development agencies; provide counseling to prospective students about admissions processes and programs; collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to achieve enrollment goals; organize and attend on-campus recruitment events and community outreach activities; assist with social media content and brand promotion; travel locally to events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior work experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
