Job Summary
Review and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness while monitoring entry processes to prevent inaccuracies. Generate and analyze reports on sales and marketing metrics, campaign performance, and data health, including QA reviews. Assist in creating and optimizing HubSpot workflows, maintaining the CRM database through segmentation and contact management updates. Provide data support for sales and marketing campaigns to ensure accurate targeting and tracking. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand data needs and identify opportunities to improve data processes and implement best practices. Measure and track the performance of sales and marketing programs. This role supports a rapidly growing BPO focused on revolutionizing global talent expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in a CRM, marketing or data role
- 2 years experience in HubSpot
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in other data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail
