Job Summary
Lead a team of security professionals and specialists to oversee security service areas, loss prevention strategy, and health & safety across sales markets and offices. Mentor staff, foster cross-functional collaboration, and serve as a senior escalation point for misconduct, fraud, and policy breaches. Set function goals, manage budgets, and coordinate crisis simulations while maintaining full ownership of security financials and vendor contracts. Ensure compliance with global guidelines, audit requirements, and legal standards to protect people, reputation, and assets. Act as a subject-matter expert for risk and brand protection decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPO, IOSH/NEBOSH Safety Certification)
- 3+ years experience in retail security, loss prevention or physical security management
- Experience in multinational or large-scale retail company
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, security technologies, risk assessment methods and investigative procedures
- Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and crisis response protocols
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- High integrity, confidentiality and strong ethical judgment
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Ability to work under pressure, manage crises and make timely decisions
- Excellent organizational and project-management abilities
- Fluent in English
