Job Summary
Market-facing leadership role overseeing sales, marketing and owner-experience performance for a defined Genesis dealership group. Acts as primary liaison between Genesis Motor America and assigned dealerships, guiding new/Certified Pre-Owned sales, OEM parts and accessories, marketing plans, dealer training, and brand compliance. Responsible for analyzing dealership financials, advising on sales performance, coordinating marketing initiatives, and driving premium luxury customer experience initiatives (e.g., service loaners, concierge services). Requires high-level communication with dealer principals and leadership teams, has supervisory potential, and demands strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Travel up to 80% is required; field-based with a luxury automotive focus.
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience working with or for U.S. automobile dealerships
- Must be a high school graduate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Luxury dealership experience (OEM or retail) a plus
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with customer service initiatives
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- QMF Query capability
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Willing to travel (minimum 80% required – 4 days/week)
