Job Summary
Own the outbound sales motion from prospecting to pitch to close, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts across South Africa. Lead introductory calls and drive the complete sales cycle while working closely with marketing, product, and pre-sales to align go-to-market strategies. Consistently hit and exceed sales targets within a hunter's mindset, leveraging 6–12 years of experience in CRM, HR tech, or low-code platforms. Navigate complex deals with C-levels to secure high-value deals in the local tech ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 6–12 years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience be it principal or partner environment - ideally in CRM, HR tech, low-code platforms or any other SaaS applications
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals in South Africa
- Strong understanding of the local tech ecosystem and enterprise buying cycles
- Comfortable speaking with C-levels and navigating complex deals
- A hunter's mindset - proactive and self-driven
