Job Summary
Drive consistent membership sales through proactive outreach and studio engagement, managing the full cycle from lead generation and follow-up to conversion and retention. Track daily performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and lead a high-performing team focused on member growth, engagement, and satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals while maintaining accurate records of lead activity and retention metrics. Collaborate with studio leadership and coaching teams to enhance the member experience and represent the brand in community events and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Residence within 30 minutes of Pasadena, CA
- Authorization to work in the United States
