Job Summary
Drive new membership sales and renewals through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and studio tours, confidently handling objections to meet monthly goals. Participate in grassroots marketing and community events to generate leads while delivering a professional, welcoming experience to every member and guest. Assist with daily studio operations including scheduling, reporting, and front desk support, helping to maintain a clean, organized environment. Support and motivate team members to uphold a high-energy culture. Full-time availability with weekend requirements is essential, with a base salary of $23,000 plus commission and bonuses. Club Pilates is the largest Reformer-based Pilates brand globally, offering ongoing training and career growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Must be able to commute reliably to Waxhaw and surrounding areas
- Comfortable completing a background check as part of the hiring process
