Job Summary
Lead the Women’s Division wholesale sales function through a relaunch, driving revenue, profitability, and growth. Own forecasting, pre-season planning, and seasonal sales strategy; manage and mentor a team of Sales reps and the Women’s National Account Manager; cultivate relationships with major accounts (e.g., Nordstrom) and drive GTM execution across NY markets, regional shows, and via trunk shows and store events; coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Design, and Production; travel to manage key accounts and represent the brand across department stores and digital wholesale partners while delivering ROI and maintaining budget discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 7 years in a wholesale sales role with apparel/clothing
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Experience with Contemporary Women’s brand(s)
- Proven experience owning and growing accounts with key retailers
- Existing relationships across department stores, specialty accounts, key accounts, and/or digital wholesale partners
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Highly organized and collaborative
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
