Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems while using sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain loyalty. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail, and enter Marriott Rewards information into software. Determine and provide complimentary gifts for guest patronage, including rewards points and show tickets. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, sending emails, and answering telephones. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. Assist management in training and motivating employees while serving as a role model. Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
