Job Summary
Sales Manager - Web Development responsible for driving the sale of web development services, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business growth. Develop and implement sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, build and maintain client relationships, lead and motivate the sales team, identify new business opportunities and market trends, collaborate with the web development team to ensure client needs are met, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in web development or IT services
- Proven experience in sales management and leading sales teams
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
