Job Summary
Manage the Beverly Hills flagship Watches & Fine Jewelry business by coaching a seasoned sales team, driving recruitment and retention, and delivering on KPIs for conversion and data capture. Lead the boutique in developing targeted client lists, activating outreach for collection launches and events, and fostering partnerships with Fashion and neighboring retailers. Provide ongoing training on Chanel Savoir Faire and sales techniques while ensuring operational standards and elevated client service. Partner with the CRM team to identify business opportunities and support the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
