Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for generating new business in the plumbing service and repair market, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals. Develop strategies to grow market share, pursue commercial, residential, and contractor opportunities, conduct meetings and negotiations to secure new accounts, coordinate with operations, maintain CRM records, prepare proposals and estimates, represent the company at networking events, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding core values. Compensation includes base salary of $50,000 annually with up to 7% commission, plus benefits and retirement options. Requires the ability to travel locally and regionally and to work in an office/field-based environment within California.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in plumbing, construction, HVAC, or related service industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of California plumbing service market and regulatory environment preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
