Job Summary
Sales Manager for end-to-end B2B SaaS sales in the DACH region. Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing, targeting the right companies and stakeholders in the DACH area, predominantly virtual with occasional in-person meetings. Analyze requirements, present relevant modules, and drive the decision process with a focus on KPI-driven performance. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to relay market feedback. Emphasize process improvements across the sales funnel, pipeline logic, and lead qualification; contribute strategically beyond operational tasks. Proficiency in German is required; enthusiasm for digital, operationally relevant products is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Softwarevertrieb, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld
