Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals in equipment, services, and managed IT solutions; drive new business development through prospecting and strategic account planning; collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure seamless client experiences; leverage data-driven insights to forecast sales and align with company objectives; recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals for future leadership roles; promote a comprehensive, integrated technology approach across the organization; manage a results-oriented sales organization with a focus on growth and customer success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership or management role, ideally within technology, managed services, or business solutions industries
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
- Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales professionals to achieve measurable performance improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, enterprise-level accounts, and long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
