Job Summary
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share in Visakhapatnam. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives through ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition while building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals ensuring profitability. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management. Manage the sales budget effectively and ensure compliance with company policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in sales management, and proficiency in CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
