Job Summary

Sales Manager responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in Uzbekistan travel market, signing up partners (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs), managing commercial deals and API partnerships, and traveling ~30% of time to meet clients and events. Emphasis on building long-lasting partner relationships, training partners on our system, ensuring compliant commercial terms, and providing regular CRM-based reporting. Must have 2+ years in B2B travel sales or business development, strong knowledge of the regional market, native Uzbek and proficient English, data-driven mindset, proactive and growth-oriented attitude.

Required Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of successful experience in sales management or business development of B2B companies within the travel industry
  • in-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs)
  • Native proficiency in Uzbek and English at B2 level or higher
