Job Summary
Lead the sales team by establishing and achieving targets, coaching staff on product knowledge, and driving store profitability through merchandising initiatives and pricing strategies. Partner with the Store Director on hiring, scheduling, and daily operations while resolving customer and staff issues. Monitor purchasing trends to inform the Buying Team and support internal audit efforts. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days. Based at Aggieland Outfitters in College Station, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent Management experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record in sales and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays, game days, graduations, ring day, special events
- Regular weekend availability is required
