Job Summary
Lead, develop, and support a sales team to achieve growth objectives in the Ontario region; execute strategic sales initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and drive overall performance. Partner with District Manager, sales reps, and store managers to increase sales and market share; lead promotion of Traction marketing programs to drive customer engagement and revenue growth; recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development; monitor market trends, product changes, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities; track and analyze sales performance with regular reporting and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
