Job Summary
Lead and develop a sales team to meet annual targets; recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members; collaborate with regional management and distribution-center teams to plan programs, promotions, product launches, and trainings; conduct visits to major customers with sales development specialists; participate in regional sales development activities; draft annual sales plans and establish priorities for wholesalers and representatives based on sales data; monitor weekly reports and supplier performance; travel within the assigned Ontario region to drive growth and achieve quotas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Strategic thinking and business planning capability
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
