Job Summary
Sales Manager role focused on area growth in Eastern Sweden for Tunstall Healthcare. Drive sales targets, build strategic partnerships with municipalities and care providers, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. Travel to engage with customers and maintain a customer-focused approach; hybrid office/remote setup in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Stockholm with coverage of the Eastern Sweden district. Key duties include generating sales, strategic planning with clear activities and goals, coordinating with sales and other departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and connecting the right stakeholders within customer organizations and Tunstall. Must demonstrate a target-driven sales background, strong relationship management, presentation skills, and knowledge of IT/telecom products; experience with public sector sales and familiarity with procurement processes (LOU) is preferred. The role emphasizes building long-term profitability, collaboration across teams, and a welcoming, inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in target-driven sales with emphasis on relationship management across a mix of new and existing customers
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Commercial experience of sales, preferably in the public sector
- Technical competence and/or training in IT/telecom products, techniques, concepts, solutions
- Interest in elderly care and experience of working with municipalities
- Basic knowledge within LOU (Public Procurement Act) – preferred
