Job Summary
Develop and lead the sales team by establishing department budgets, executing marketing campaigns, and managing CRM systems to forecast sales. Conduct monthly reviews with staff to track goals, introduce new products, and refine sales pitches while addressing customer complaints. Attend in-person client meetings to renew contracts and discuss new offerings, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify trends and implement successful sales strategies. This role requires a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business management, plus five years of experience hiring, managing, and mentoring sales associates. Tu Construction seeks a self-driven leader to drive revenue growth and maintain excellent customer relationships.
