Job Summary
Sales Manager / Trader to expand paraffin wax and chemical products in the Polish market; develop and expand sales, identify and acquire new industrial customers, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, conduct offer preparation, price negotiations, and contract finalization, develop relationships with refineries and suppliers, monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities, and represent the company in commercial negotiations. Requires excellent Polish and English, willingness to travel within Poland, driver’s license, negotiation and MS Office skills, and an entrepreneurial, autonomous work style.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, wax, or related industries
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude
- Excellent Polish and English skills (mandatory)
- German or Russian is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Poland
- Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
