Job Summary
Sales Managers at Toshiba America Business Solutions lead a team of business-to-business sales professionals to achieve revenue objectives through managing a defined territory and developing sales action plans. Responsibilities include driving sales revenue, collaborating with clients, conducting presentations, generating sales reporting, and developing a prospecting plan. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, have at least 5 years of outside sales experience, and demonstrate effective selling skills, strong communication abilities, and business acumen, particularly in the context of technology and equipment sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience with a goal-driven focus
- Demonstrated success in managing sales professionals
- Strong knowledge of how a business operates internally
Desired Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decision-maker
- Proven accomplishment measured against revenue and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in salesforce.com or comparable CRM system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
