Job Summary
Lead, coach, and manage a Sales Team of Reps across a Dermatology territory in Arizona to meet or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs. Develop and execute strategic territory plans to grow the customer base, increase order volume, and maximize account performance. Conduct performance reviews, ride-alongs, and coaching to develop individual and team excellence. Own forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory performance reporting for the region, delivering timely insights to senior leadership. Monitor sales activity and territory performance, identify skill gaps, and drive training opportunities and enablement materials. Serve as escalation point for high-priority accounts and support strategic customer conversations, retention initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Champion a culture of integrity, results, and collaboration aligned with company mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of successful sales experience
- 2+ years managing sales teams
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM systems, KPI management, and pipeline development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
