Job Summary
Sales Manager leading and coaching a regional Sales Team in dermatology/pharmaceutical/medical device to meet or exceed quotas across a Mid-West territory (OH, MI, IL, WI, KY, TN, Western PA). Develop and execute territory plans to grow the customer base, increase order volume, and maximize account performance. Own forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory performance reporting; monitor activity, conversion rates, and progress toward targets. Serve as escalation point for high-priority accounts; support strategic customer conversations, training, and retention initiatives. Identify skill gaps and training opportunities; contribute to development and rollout of sales enablement materials. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years sales experience with 2+ years managing teams, strong CRM and KPI skills, and a leadership style that drives results with integrity.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of successful sales experience

- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
