Job Summary
Sales Manager leads and develops a high-performing sales team, desks deals and supports sales consultants through the entire sales process, partners with General Manager and Finance to hit monthly/annual targets, analyzes P&L for profitability, mentors Sales Consultants and F&I Managers, monitors CSI and KPIs, assists with inventory management, pricing, and merchandising, ensures compliance with manufacturer programs and dealership policies, maintains an engaged showroom-floor presence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of success in a highvolume dealership environment
- Strong closing and CRM skills required
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Financial and analytical aptitude, including discounts, commissions, interest, and profitability analysis
- Excellent customer service history and commitment to ethical selling
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
