Job Summary
Hire, develop, and manage a quota-attaining sales team of Territory Account Executives; coach discovery meetings, live demos, and solution crafting to meet prospective restaurant customers’ needs; drive new business growth across the assigned district; enable and empower the team through walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and local business partnerships; collaborate with peers to ensure delivery and use Salesforce to forecast deal pipelines and analyze conversion rates; lead field-based sales efforts with local travel and a founder/entrepreneurial mindset to establish Toast’s brand in the Australian market.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of leadership
- proven track record of success
- entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- ability to perform under pressure
- experience in tech environment (nice to have)
- experience in fast-paced high-growth environment (nice to have)
- experience building customer-facing, quota-attaining teams (nice to have)
