Job Summary
The Sales Manager for Thales Identity and Biometric Solutions (IBS) will be responsible for driving IBS Business Line sales and account management in Sweden, focusing on delivering sustained profitable growth. Key responsibilities include developing a strong understanding of target markets, building trust-based relationships with customers and partners, maintaining a wide pipeline of business opportunities, creating a capture plan with an effective strategy, and driving success in tender captures. Candidates should possess a strong background in managing complex sales, proven experience with public procurement processes, and notable communication and networking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in managing complex sales of ICT solutions in B2G or B2B environment
- Proven experience with public procurement processes is an asset
- Native knowledge of Swedish and working proficiency in English is mandatory
