Job Summary

Sales Manager (Infrastructure Projects - Thailand) is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing infrastructure projects across Thailand, leading end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to project handover, developing and executing target lists and account plans, and negotiating commercial terms. The role requires formwork systems expertise, a strategic yet hands-on approach to business development, and the ability to manage high-value projects in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Duties include identifying and acquiring projects, supporting tender and design proposals, expanding client accounts through site visits and proactive outreach, analyzing project data for profitability and market penetration, mapping long-term opportunities, collaborating with global and local teams, and maintaining accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Fluency in Thai and English, along with strong knowledge of the Thailand market, is mandatory.
