Job Summary
Sales Manager in Thailand responsible for generating new insurance SaaS revenue in the APAC region. Own end-to-end complex sales cycles for Sapiens solutions across Life, General Insurance and Reinsurance as well as data and digital software solutions; develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships at C-level and IT, engage with carriers to address current and future needs, respond to RFI/RFPs, lead demos and Proof of Concepts, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Product, Delivery, Finance, and Legal to develop long-term client partnerships; maintain a deep sales pipeline through cold calling, channel with Lead Generation Specialists, participate in campaigns and events, and ensure timely Salesforce CRM data entry.
Required Qualifications
- A sales executive with 7+ years of experience in a sales role in SaaS or BIC companies with a proven record meeting targets
- Strong understanding of carrier workflows and ability to translate company systems into carrier’s solutions
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow sound business ethics when executing job responsibilities to build and maintain management confidence
- High-energy, self-starter
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in technology, engineering, marketing or business-related field; related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement
- Travel requirements: Up to 75% travel required
