Job Summary

Seeking a strong sales leader to take responsibility for a sales team and drive predictable revenue growth. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the sales team to regularly meet and exceed targets, managing pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal progress, building a disciplined sales process, supporting the team in closing complex transactions, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the sales process, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and management to improve conversion and growth. The role contributes directly to revenue through key deals and strategic accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience in sales team management
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting
  • Track record of closing deals and achieving ambitious sales targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Data-driven approach (CRM, pipeline metrics, conversion)
  • Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing SaaS company
  • Knowledge of modern B2B sales methodologies (consultative selling, value selling, MEDDICC, etc.)
  • Experience selling data/analytics/martech/sales tools
  • Ability to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
