Job Summary
Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team, own quota setting, forecasting, and data-driven sales strategies. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring, recruitment/onboarding of new hires, managing pipeline health and CRM data, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive growth, and supporting pricing and incentive plans. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 5–7 years of experience leading sales teams, experience in Education/E-learning/B2B, and strong leadership, analytical, communication, and operational management skills. Location in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt; dynamic and collaborative work environment with competitive salary and commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred
- 5–7 years of experience leading sales teams
- Experience in Education, E-learning, B2B, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and operational management skills
