Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets; manage pipeline reviews and forecasting; partner with AEs on deal strategy and discovery to move complex opportunities forward; establish and reinforce strong sales fundamentals, processes, and execution; recruit, hire, and ramp top AE talent; collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, and leadership to sharpen messaging and strengthen the sales motion.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Strong background as an Account Executive
- Proven ability to hire and ramp AEs
- Experience with a structured sales methodology
- Experience selling into Finance or Accounting leaders is a plus
