Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing automotive sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle, driving a hospitality-first guest experience. Manage the full sales process from first contact to delivery, desk deals with accuracy and urgency, monitor key sales metrics (units, gross per vehicle, closing ratio, lead response time, CRM compliance), partner with the finance department for smooth deal flow, recruit and retain top sales talent, coordinate inventory with the GM, respond to escalated guest concerns, and collaborate with marketing, BDC, and service leadership to align the guest experience across touchpoints.
