Job Summary
Lead and drive sales volume for the 12V and Refrigeration categories by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Coach and develop a high-performing sales crew while leading from the front on the shop floor. Support customers with expert product advice, analyse sales performance to identify growth opportunities, and utilise social media to drive foot traffic. Build a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- You consistently achieve volume sales based on Like for Like growth
- You have experience or a genuine interest in 12V, automotive, camping or outdoor products
- You have a bit of the mongrel in you to drive retail sales and great customer service
- You enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people
- You bring energy, positivity and a strong work ethic every day
- You understand how to drive conversion, attachments and average transaction value and sales per hour
- You're a hard core 4WD enthusiast and you know the great Aussie outdoors from experience
Desired Qualifications
- You're au fait with utilising social media to drive increased foot traffic
- You have a passion for 4WDing and camping
