Job Summary
This is a hands-on leadership role leading and developing a 25-30 person in-home sales team in Reading, PA. You will coach, develop, and hold the team accountable to metrics that drive the business—close rate, average ticket size, appointment conversion, and revenue targets—while maintaining a high-energy, high-accountability sales culture. You will report to ownership, directly influence market development, and be in the field alongside your team. Experience leading in-home sales teams in home services (coatings, windows, roofing, siding, HVAC, or similar) and familiarity with structured in-home sales processes, CRM tools, and data-driven coaching are required.
