Job Summary
Open and close the store ensuring every detail is accomplished while maintaining the sales floor with well-trained Sales Associates. Handle sales conflicts and disciplinary actions per company guidelines, then observe staff to coach for success. Lead pre-hiring surveys, interviews, and hiring to meet staffing needs, and direct team setup for new sales events. Participate in management meetings and take part in training new sales associates. Requires punctuality, regular attendance, and weekend availability.
