Job Summary
Lead a high-performing used-vehicle sales team at Anchor Toyota under Steele Auto Group, coaching staff to meet volume, gross profit, and guest-experience targets. Own inventory strategy (pricing, merchandising, aging, turnover), desk deals with strong structure and compliance, and guide end-to-end sales execution in collaboration with Finance, Service, and Marketing. Drive acquisition through disciplined appraisals and relationships with sourcing/wholesale partners; analyze market trends to identify opportunities and improve conversion and inventory health.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading a sales team in an automotive dealership environment with focus on volume and profitability
- Deep understanding of used vehicle strategy including pricing, inventory management, and acquisition
- Experience desking deals and appraising trades
- Familiarity with inventory/pricing tools such as vAuto or similar
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles
- Strong coaching and leadership capabilities
- Excellent guest experience and CSI focus
- Ability to analyze market trends and drive strategy
