Job Summary
Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience. Lead and coach a store team, act as Manager on duty when needed, support Brand Manager duties, participate in talent acquisition and development, collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff, analyze performance reports to ensure goals are met, ensure timely execution of customer orders and repairs, maintain brand standards in the lab area, and uphold 100% delivery commitments to patients. Requires leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ability to plan and implement sales strategies, strong communication with diverse groups, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
