Sales Manager

Hire, train, and manage a sales team while creating KPIs to monitor performance and hit monthly growth targets. Collaborate with marketing and upper management to ensure consistent pitch delivery, then develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the client base and secure emerging markets. Present monthly reports on sales, expenses, and revenue forecasts to leadership, manage budgets for officer travel and presentation costs, and assist employees in generating leads and closing agreements. Accept client feedback to continuously improve sales procedures and implement new initiatives that increase revenue.
