Job Summary
Sales Manager role responsible for leading proactive hotel sales across group, leisure, SMERF, sports, and conventions markets; drive guest room revenue, achieve budgeted revenue targets, handle inquiries, solicit new business, maintain key accounts, conduct on-site inspections, negotiate within guidelines, and represent the hotel at community/industry events. Requires excellent selling skills, professional communication, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze metrics and reports (e.g., STR) to maximize profitability. Two+ years of hotel experience required.
