Sales Manager – (Sports & Government)

Job Summary
Drive business opportunities within sports, government, corporate and group segments; develop client relationships and maximize hotel revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting sales calls, presentations, site inspections, client meetings; preparing sales reports, forecasts and market analysis; participating in trade shows and industry events; negotiating contracts and ensuring coordination between clients and hotel operations; working closely with Revenue, Events and Marketing teams to achieve commercial objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience in UAE, with strong networking, negotiation, and account management skills; must possess excellent communication and presentation abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience, preferably in sports and government segments in UAE Market
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and business trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
