Sales Manager

Manage the negotiation process with Sales Consultants to ensure customers understand vehicle purchase options and pricing. Appraise vehicles for trade and develop strategies to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Train salespeople, establish customer-focused standards, and conduct weekly coaching meetings to drive team performance and accountability. Resolve guest issues promptly while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Requires at least one to two years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of background checks.
