Job Summary
Sales Manager, Specialty and Genetics in Vancouver, BC is responsible for generating sales within the BC/AB/SK/MB region, managing relationships with physicians, geneticists, and Genetic Counsellors, developing call plans, and driving revenue growth. The role requires planning and executing sales strategies, understanding publication data and clinical guidelines, onboarding and engaging customers, negotiating opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while traveling as required. Strong healthcare sales experience, strategic thinking, and ability to operate autonomously are essential; Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on genetics. 100% remote work style with focus on a regional market; travel and coordination with operational functions to ensure customer onboarding and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a scientific or business discipline with preference to Genetic Counselling Degree
- 3+ years of experience selling health services with opinion leaders in the field
- Strong analytical skills, ability to strategically plan and investigate new business opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
