Job Summary
Drive membership sales and educate guests on Spark's wash packages while delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the Pay Station, prepare safe bags, and process returns in line with company procedures. Increase site capture rate and membership conversions by effectively communicating product value and resolving customer issues with patience. Assist in onboarding new teammates in sales best practices and maintain lot cleanliness by removing debris and checking vacuums. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 40 lbs. Maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a strong focus on delivering a great customer experience
- Experience with cash handling, deposit preparation, cash audits, and related financial controls, to ensure all transaction procedures are followed accurately and securely
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to engage guests, start conversations, and promote membership options
- Passion for sales, customer interaction, and helping others
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to achieve results
- Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable standing, walking, and interacting with customers for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Capable of lifting, moving, or carrying up to 40 lbs. as needed
- English proficiency required to support customer communication and safe daily operations
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
- Maintain availability for a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
